In Person. This monthly coaching group, facilitated by coach and author Stephanie Sebag, is designed to support young adults in the post-college transition by building skills for the workforce. Sessions address decision making, navigating uncertainty and setbacks, finding your voice, managing your relationship with your phone, and identifying your toolbox for adulting. Participants will receive a free copy of Fully Charged, and the group will be invited to a WhatsApp group where they can continue to support one another beyond the six sessions. The group is only open to participants in the year after graduating from college. The group is only open to participants in the year after graduating from college who participated in Cohort 1 this Fall.
